To answer to the rigourous criterions of Hôtellerie Champêtre, its establishments must receive the visit of a professional anonymous inspector every two years. Still, in order to provide the finest stay possible to its customers, Mr. Gouin a demanded an evaluation every 6 months. « These evaluations have become precious tools for us in order to stay on target with excellence throughout our staff teams. » says Mr. Gouin. «Also, , our customers' comments are taken with great importance as it serves to measure the quality of our products and services».
