Group and Agency Sales Coordinator

SALES / AGENCIES

• Sells Auberge du Lac Taureau's products and services to existing agency clients or by soliciting new clients
• Tender and follow up on agency requests
• Makes arrangements to satisfy clients
• Follows up with clients and maintains their files

EVENTS

• Coordinate events in various daily tasks
• Provide full customer support
• Discusses with clients menus, prices and necessary equipment (audiovisual or other), the layout of the premises, etc. 
• Transmits the information necessary for the realization of the group's stay to the personnel and services concerned (called infogroup)
• Reserve the rooms and halls required by the clients
• Inspects the premises before the arrival of the groups to ensure the smooth running of the event
• Receives and forwards special requests from groups to the appropriate department manager
• Participate in morning meetings to plan, problem solve and develop new ideas
• Provide complete information to clients on the content of specific packages and services
• Participates in scouting visits and VIP greetings of clients
• Assists in the management of special group requests
• Ensures good communication between internal departments
• Assists in the billing of contracts in collaboration with the accounting department

• DEC in hotel management (Atout)
• One to two years of experience in the hotel industry or customer service 
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in the Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate leadership skills, be organized and have a passion for customer service 
• Experience in a travel agency (asset)
