Human Resources Coordinator

Recruitment:

• Management of the recruitment process, from the definition of the need to the administrative management of the recruitment.
• Regularly monitor documents (job descriptions, advertisements, etc.) and potential candidates in order to build up a bank of applications.
• Participate in recruitment fairs and events.
• Create and distribute content on our human resources page.

Welcome and follow-up: 

• Welcome new employees and monitor their first few weeks.
• Follow-up with the HR team and management on issues of concern to employees on recurring problematic topics in each department emanating from wellness interviews with employees that you will have done upstream.
• Participate in developing solutions following meetings with employees 
• Maintain a constant link with employees so that they feel comfortable coming forward to talk about a problem.

Employee home management:

• Act as a point of contact and represent the owner to tenants
• Welcome new tenants and manage employee departures
• Check the condition of the homes and manage requests for maintenance and improvements to ensure a safe and healthy environment.

Additional tasks:

• Write and update human resources documents (job descriptions, advertisements, etc.)
• Support managers in their leadership roles
• Develop, implement and evaluate policies, operating procedures and standards in collaboration with department managers and the HR Advisor.
• Any other tasks that may be useful for the organization and well-being of the facility.

Your working conditions: 

• 40h per week with two consecutive days off outside weekends.
• Day shift but may be required to work later evenings as needed.
• Flexible working hours.
• Cell phone and HR line available.

Jade has been our HR advisor for over 3 years, and will be able to support and guide you as you take your first steps in our company. She knows our managers, their habits and all the relevant information you'll need.

• Someone with at least 1 year's experience in human resources management and/or recruitment.
