Cancellation policy:
- In case of cancellation 48 hours or more before your appointment, no fee will be charged.
- In case of cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment, a fee of 50% of the value of the reserved treatments will be charged.
- In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before your appointment, a fee of 100% of the value of the reserved care will be charged.
This policy is applicable to all health care services in the case of a cancellation or if the client does not show up for the appointment without having previously cancelled it.

- Duo treatments or massages upon request, subject to availability.
- Issuance of receipts for insurance purposes (except for Neurospa and body care treatments) **
- Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- For pregnant women, a minimum 12-week pre-requisite is required.
- We accept Way Spa cards.
