• The spa credit is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and must be used during your stay on a treatment or massage, subject to availability, and cannot be combined with other offers.
• The activity credit is non-refundable, non-cashable, and must be used during your stay on one of our available paid activities, with the exception of motorized activities.
