Your Coolbox is completely non-smoking.

Please pick up your keys at the front desk of the Auberge du Lac Taureau and drive to your Coolbox. The Coolbox are located about 500m from the Auberge building, so you will have easy access to the site's facilities by walk.

Wifi is not available in the unit, but is available in all common areas of the Auberge.

It is not possible to set up a tent on the Coolbox site. 

The water in the kitchen is not drinkable. Please use the water dispenser in the common area.

Your resort access ($) allows you to take full advantage of all our facilities and services, whatever the season. Discover our pool and bath area, with our heated indoor and outdoor pools, as well as our indoor hot tub and saunas. Depending on the season, you can enjoy free rental of outdoor equipment (pedal boats, canoes, kayaks, skates, cross-country skis, and snowshoes) to explore the surrounding area and our marked walking and snowshoe trails, including our obstacle course. In addition, this access covers the use of our playgrounds and sports facilities (tennis, pickleball, volleyball, and more), as well as essential services such as parking and our electric vehicle charging stations.

The credit card used for the reservation will be the one charged.

A deposit of 25% of the total amount is taken at the time of reservation, and the balance is taken 48 hours before arrival. If the reservation is taken 48 hours or less before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount is taken on the credit card.

Reservation policy applicable at all times, except during the holiday season (December 23 to January 3). A deposit of 25% of the total amount is taken at the time of booking, and the balance is taken 7 days before arrival. If the reservation is taken 7 days or less before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount is charged to the credit card.

- In case of cancellation 48 hours or more before the arrival date, no charge will be made.

Cancellation policy applicable at all times, except for the holiday season, from December 23rd to January 3rd. In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date during this period, the amounts collected become non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please go to the reception of Auberge du Lac Taureau upon arrival to pick up the keys of the chalet. If you plan to arrive later than 10 PM, please let us know.

It is possible to use the Auberge site from 1pm on the day of arrival, and until 4pm on the day of departure.

Arrival time is guaranteed for reservations made more than 24 hours in advance.
