Discover our new Coolbox

Your Coolbox is completely non-smoking.

Please pick up your keys at the front desk of the Auberge du Lac Taureau and drive to your Coolbox. The Coolbox are located about 500m from the Auberge building, so you will have easy access to the site's facilities by walk.

Wifi is not available in the unit, but is available in all common areas of the Auberge.

The water in the kitchen is not drinkable. Please use the water dispenser in the common area. 

Keep your water consumption in mind! 
The truck that fills the water tank comes by once a day. Here are a few hints to help you with your water consumption.

We invite you to keep an eye on the clean water level indicator throughout your stay.

To have resort access, each person must pay a fee of 5$ plus taxes per night.
For the launching of a boat, there is a 35$ fee. 
For dock rental, there is a fee of $16 per night.
Please make your reservation in advance!

The credit card used for the reservation will be the one charged.

Be sure to select the number of adult(s) and child(ren) when making a reservation.

The minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years old.

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is taken at the time of booking, and the balance is taken 7 days before arrival. If the reservation is taken 7 days or less before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount is taken on the credit card.

Government policies as well as weather conditions are not reasons for cancellation of stay.

- In case of cancellation 14 days or more before your arrival, no fee will be charged.
- In case of cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival date, the first night's stay, including services, will be charged.
- In case of cancellation between 7 days and 24 hours prior to arrival date, the deposit will be retained.
- In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the date of arrival, the total amount of the stay, including services, will be charged.

Departure time: 11 AM

Please go to the reception of Auberge du Lac Taureau upon arrival to pick up the keys of the chalet. If you plan to arrive later than 10 PM, please let us know.

Please note that you can enjoy the site of the Auberge before 5 PM on the day of your arrival, and after having checked out your Coolbox on the day of your departure.

Upon arrival, you will find all towels and bedding necessary. There is no housekeeping during your stay. If you would like to have housekeeping, it is possible at a cost of 100$. Please advise front desk before 1 P.M. the day before.
