• Inform customers about the various activities offered at the Auberge (in person, by e-mail, by telephone) and take reservations for activities based on inventory in the system and schedules.
• Manage availability inventories and activity schedules.
• Collect payments and process transactions on the appropriate software. Modify or cancel activities in compliance with activity cancellation policies. (Day closure, cash register closure and handover...)
• Carry out monetary transactions relating to sales on the appropriate software.
• Sign releases, contracts and bonds.
• Make payments for the Auberge's souvenir store.
• Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive and pleasant experience for every guest, in line with Auberge standards. 
• Any other related duties assigned by the Activity Reservations Coordinator or the Animation Director.

Skills and qualifications

• Must be fluent in written and spoken French, and have an intermediate level of English as you will communicate with an international clientele in English 20% of the time. Spanish is a plus.
• Be familiar with various computer systems and software.
• Ability to work as part of a team, autonomy, initiative and organization.

Work environment

• You must be willing to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• 40 hours per week in high season.
• Long periods of standing and/or sitting.

Education requirement

• You must have a diploma or relevant experience in tourism or customer service.
• Any other experience related to the position will be considered an asset!
