Activity Reservation Coordinator

• Provide information to customers on the various activities offered at the Inn (in person, email, phone) and make reservations for activities based on the inventory in the system and schedules.
• Provide a high level of customer service and ensure a positive and pleasant experience for each customer, in accordance with the Inn's standards. 
• Manage availability inventory and activity schedules.
• Collect payments, complete transactions on the appropriate software. Modify or cancel activities in accordance with activity cancellation policies. Closing the day, cashiering and handing over...
• Perform monetary transactions related to sales on the appropriate software.
• Sign releases, contracts and bonds.
• Make payments for the Inn's souvenir store.
• Ensure the proper functioning of the reservation center. Handle complaints. Assist in the improvement of the Centre.
• Supervise the activity reservation center and attendants in cooperation with the animation and activity reservation management. Be the point of contact between the management and the attendants.

• You must have a diploma or relevant experience in the field of tourism or customer service 
• With our international clientele, you will have to speak and exchange in French as well as in English.
• Be familiar with the different computer systems.
• You must be willing to work a variable schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Position: Between 20 and 40 hours / week depending on the traffic, the high and low season.
• Ability to work in a team, autonomy, initiative and organization.
• Ability to work in a computerized environment with various software. 
• Any other experience related to the position will be considered an asset!
