• Provide information about activities (in person, by email or phone) and manage bookings based on availability and schedules
• Deliver a high level of customer service and ensure a positive experience aligned with the Auberge’s standards
• Manage activity availability and scheduling
• Process transactions (payments, modifications, cancellations) in accordance with policies
• Ensure the smooth operation of the reservation centre and contribute to continuous improvement, including handling complaints
• Oversee reservation centre operations and coordinate the team in collaboration with management
• Act as a liaison between management and staff
• Manage the boutique (inventory, merchandising and product presentation)
• Reconcile daily operations (cash, documentation, activities)

• You must have a diploma or relevant experience in the field of tourism or customer service 
• With our international clientele, you will have to speak and exchange in French as well as in English.
• Be familiar with the different computer systems.
• You must be willing to work a variable schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Position: Between 20 and 40 hours / week depending on the traffic, the high and low season.
• Ability to work in a team, effective stress management, autonomy, initiative and organization.
• Ability to work in a computerized environment with various software. 
• Any other experience related to the position will be considered an asset!
