• Prepare the unit for cleaning.
• Prepare the work cart: check the quantity of products and materials, ensure a proper arrangement of products on the cart, etc.
• Inform the immediate supervisor in case of a decrease in inventory within the work area.
• Bring all items forgotten in common areas to the front desk or housekeeping supervisor for logging and storage.
• Clean the Auberge's common areas (hallways, reception, pool, restaurants).
• Set up specific installations in accommodations (extra beds, dog cages).
• Disinfect and clean sanitary facilities and floors.
• Dispose of trash.
• Check the condition of furniture and equipment.
• Report any irregularities related to the condition of the common areas.
• Efficiently respond to guests' needs and requests.
• Handle complaints or direct guests to the staff members responsible for managing complaints.
• Ensure company regulations are observed and applied.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in the field of housekeeping and/or hospitality is an asset.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be honest, discreet, and reliable.
• Must be concerned with quality, attention to detail, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

WORK CONDITIONS

• 40 hours per week during high season, with two consecutive days off.
• Shifts range from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• The position requires standing for long periods, bending, and lifting certain loads.
