Dining room clerk

• Be the right hand man for the waiters: set up, clean and clear tables.
• Respond to customer requests.
• Ensure consistent communication with the kitchen to fill the buffet.
• Prepare the dining room to create an ergonomic and practical atmosphere. 

• Have a good customer approach and be courteous at all times.
• Be in good physical condition: ability to stand for a long time and move quickly.
• Agree to work on a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends or holidays). 
• Experience in catering and service (an asset).
• Ability to communicate in both French and English (an asset).
