• Greet customers, explain rental procedures, and recommend appropriate equipment.
• Provide safety instructions and rules of use.
• Manage reservations, equipment check-in and return, ensuring it is clean and in good working order.
• Regularly check equipment availability and maintenance (tire inflation, chain lubrication, etc.).
• Report any defects, breakages, or losses to your immediate supervisor.
• Follow preventive maintenance protocols.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of equipment and assist with seasonal storage and organization.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards related to the activities offered.
• Intervene in cases of non-compliance with instructions or minor accidents.
• Collaborate with other departments in the event of an emergency or incident.

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 40 hours per week during peak season.
• Fluency in French and intermediate English (approximately 20% of communication time).
• Knowledge of recreational equipment such as fat bikes, mountain bikes, personal watercraft, etc.
• Ability to work well in a team, independence, initiative, and organizational skills.
• Experience in customer service or equipment rental. (an asset)
• Class 5 driver’s license. (an asset)
