• Prepare the food and meats that will then be served on the evening menu.
• Cook and place the food on the plate and decorate it.
• Ensure that all dishes served follow hygiene and safety standards. 
• Develops, cooks, prepares, season and packages various foods and recipes.
• In the absence of the chef, planifier menus and train employees as required. 

• You must have training in professional cooking.
• Two years of experience in the kitchen, in the hotel industry (an asset).
• Experience in personnel management (an asset).
• Be able to manage stress, work under pressure, be quick and able to work when things get busy!
• Have the physical ability to lift boxes and stand for a long period of time.
• You must be willing to work flexible hours (evenings, fins weekdays, holidays).
