• Greet guests on arrival, check reservation details, hand over keys and provide useful information about the Auberge.
• Respond to guests' various requests (e.g. requests for information on restaurant opening times, requests for information on Auberge services).
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Finalize invoicing and obtain approval for each guest's stay.
• Make lodging and package reservations.
• Assign rooms according to reservations
• Confirm, modify or cancel reservations.
• Verify daily registers, customer accounts, cash statements and vouchers.
• Produce and check daily reports
• Coordinate with various departments (dining room, entertainment, room service, etc.)

• Good knowledge of French and an intermediate level of English, as we have an international clientele and you will need to communicate in English 20% of the time.
• Ease working in a computerized environment with various software.
• Interpersonal communication skills and a strong sense of customer service.
• Available to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
