Front Desk and Reservation Agent

• Make reservations for accommodations, packages, meals and activities.
• Assigning rooms, handing over the keys, providing the appropriate information to each client.
• Respond to all external requests from individual clients by phone or email.
• Ensure the satisfaction of each client throughout their stay and manage complaints.
• Finalize invoicing and have the stay expenses approved for each client.

• With our international clientele, you will have to speak and exchange in both French and English.
• Ease working in a computerized environment with various software.
• Interpersonal communication skills and a strong sense of customer service.
• Available to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
