• Ensure cleanliness and order in the dining room service areas.
• Greet guests warmly upon their arrival.
• Assign guests to a table and escort them to it.
• Hand out menus and introduce the assigned server.
• Ensure menus are clean and updated as needed.
• Assist the service team during peak periods, if necessary.
• Communicate any special client requests (e.g., birthdays, allergies) to the servers.
• Provide information about the establishment’s services and products, both over the phone and in person.
• Take reservations and manage the seating plan.
• Coordinate with the service staff to monitor table availability.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by the maître d’hôtel or the food and beverage manager.

Working conditions:

• Flexible working hours (7 a.m. to 10 p.m.)
