• Wash dishes, glassware, and utensils by hand or using a dishwasher
• Scrub pots, pans, and cooking trays
• Clean and sanitize refrigerators, ovens, work surfaces, and kitchen equipment
• Keep the kitchen clean at all times (floors, surfaces, equipment)
• Empty trash bins and take garbage to the designated containers
• Store dishes and utensils in their designated areas
• Assist with inventory of dishware, cutlery, and kitchen tools
• Help prepare ingredients (peeling and chopping fruits/vegetables, basic sauce or broth bases)
• Provide support to the kitchen team with basic food preparations
• Consistently follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and team members

• You must know and respect the rules of hygiene and sanitation.
• You must be in good physical condition: be able to stand for several hours.
• Agree to work on a variable schedule (evenings, weekends or holidays)
