KITCHEN CLERK

• Be at the base of the good functioning of the restaurant.
• Wash and store dishes, glassware and kitchen equipment.
• Assist the kitchen helpers in their tasks.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen. 
• Prepare and cook dishes.

• You must know and respect the rules of hygiene and sanitation.
• You must be in good physical condition: be able to stand for several hours.
• Agree to work on a variable schedule (evenings, weekends or holidays)
