• Conduct periodic rounds, on foot or in a vehicle, to inspect designated areas of buildings, grounds, and note any abnormalities.
• Ensures that the facility's safety and emergency practices are followed
• Respond to customer requests.
• Performs some maintenance work according to schedule such as: pool and outdoor spa maintenance, filling firewood boxes near fireplaces, etc.

• You must have a High School Diploma (HSD) in hand.
• Have a sense of responsibility, good communication skills and good observation skills.
• Initiative and critical thinking skills, as well as good resistance to stress and adaptability.
• Honesty; no legal impediments related to the job.
• First aid in the workplace (training paid for by the employer upon hiring).
• With our international clientele, you will have to speak and exchange in both French and English (asset).
• No specific experience is required, but customer contact experience (sales, service, etc.) is an asset.
• You must be willing to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
