How the towel and bathrobe cards work
CAN BE EXCHANGED AT RECEPTION
Upon arrival, you will be given one blue and one red card per person. You can use them to exchange for a bathrobe (red card) or a beach towel (blue card).
You must go to the front desk to exchange your blue card for a beach towel and/or your red card for a bathrobe. At the end of your stay, you can return the item to the front desk in exchange for its respective card.
If you don't want any of these items, keep your card anyway, as you will be asked for them all when you leave. You must return the same number of cards to the front desk as you were given upon arrival. You will be charged a 50$ + tax fee if you do not return any of the cards.

This schedule shows the service for rooms in inns and condos only. For our chalets and Coolbox, we operate on request only.

Is there a code for the Wifi? No, you only need to connect to the "Toro-Guest" network.
How does the Inissia Nespresso machine work? Press the "On" button on the machine, place a container under the coffee outlet, insert a capsule with the curved part towards the wall, lower the handle towards you and press the "On" button again. For a Risetto, press the button again. It is important to eject the capsule after each use by lifting the handle upwards.
Purple capsule (Firenze Arpeggio decaffeinated): intense and creamy coffee, decaffeinated
Black capsule (Ristretto Italiano): powerful and contrasted coffee
Blue capsule (Vivalto Lungo): fruity coffee
Can I have extra coffee capsules? You get 4 free coffee capsules per night. Additional capsules are available at the boutique for $1.50 + taxes per capsule.
Can I have tea instead of coffee? Tea is available upon request at the reception.
Is the water in the chamber safe to drink? Absolutely, it is completely drinkable. You also have access to several water dispensers in the common areas.
Are there microwaves available? Yes, you will find them in the common areas.
What products are used in the room? They are products from the Malté line.
Is it possible to open the windows? The louvers open like a door to provide a better view of the site.
Is it possible to smoke on the balcony? No, we have designated smoking areas at the front and back of the Inn, always 9 meters from a door or window.
How do I open my door to access the balcony or terrace? You must lift the handle up and then turn the latch. Please note that the balconies and terraces are not accessible in winter for technical and security reasons.
What is the check-out time? You must vacate your room by 11:00 a.m., but you can still enjoy the Auberge's site afterwards.
