General Terms and Conditions
We accept Visa credit cards, Mastercards, American Express and Interac direct payment.
AUBERGE & CONDOS
A deposit of 25% of the total amount is taken at the time of reservation, and the balance is taken 48 hours before arrival. If the reservation is taken 48 hours or less before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount is taken on the credit card.
Check-in time is from 4:00 PM, check-out is at 10:00 AM.
A supplement of 25$ per person is charged when the occupancy, per room, is more than 2 adults.
A luggage service is offered free of charge.
An extra bed can be provided, according to availability and upon request, at a cost of $15 per night.
The launching of your boat is possible at a cost of $35.
Dock rental is possible at a cost of 16$ per night (up to 20 feet / 1$ per additional foot).
Cleaning in the condos and suites with additional fees, please ask at the reception before 1 p.m. the day before.
LODGES
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is taken at the time of booking, and the balance is taken 7 days before arrival. If the reservation is taken 7 days or less before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount is taken on the credit card.
Arrival time is from 5:00 pm and departure time is 10:00 am.
To have resort access, each person must pay a fee of 5$ plus taxes per night.
Upon your arrival, the chalet will have all the necessary sheets and towels. No cleaning is provided during your stay. If you wish a cleaning, it is possible at a cost of 100$. Thank you for informing us the day before before 1:00 pm.
EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS
For external customers (without accommodation), it is possible to access the site under the following conditions:
Pay the daily resort fees and the following fees if necessary:
- Launching a boat: 45$
- Dock rental: 16$ per night (up to 20 feet / 1$ per additional foot)

- In case of cancellation 48 hours or more before your arrival, no fee will be charged.
- In case of cancellation less than 48 hours prior to arrival date, the first night's stay, including services, will be charged.
- Any change of date must be made more than 24 hours prior to the arrival date, including the change of date of stay in 2020.
Cancellation policy applicable at all times, except for the holiday season, from December 23rd to January 3rd. In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date during this period, the amounts collected become non-refundable and non-transferable.
LODGES

- In case of cancellation 30 days or more before your arrival, no fee will be charged.
- In case of cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival date, the first night's stay, including services, will be charged.
- In case of cancellation between 7 days and 24 hours prior to arrival date, the deposit will be retained.
- In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the date of arrival, the total amount of the stay, including services, will be charged.
If the entire lodge or the top of the lodge is rented, a security deposit of $750 is required. This deposit is payable upon arrival, and will be refunded 7 days after departure.
For families or groups of more than 10 persons (adults) or more, we advise to reserve your dinner time at the restaurant. A special menu can be suggested.
Health center :
50% of the value of the reserved treatments will be retained as a penalty, in the case where the client does not attend the appointment without having canceled it beforehand, or cancels it less than 24 hours before the scheduled time (48h before the scheduled time for motorized).
Activities:
1. The reservation of activities must be made by the activity booking center exclusively.
2. A 50% deposit is required upon booking.
3. Cancellation Policy:
- No charge until 48h before booking the activity.
- Between 24h and 48h, the deposit of 50% will be retained.
- Less than 24 hours before the booking, all expenses related to the activity will be required.
4. Cancellation of an activity may be subject to these other conditions as well:
- Full refund of the amounts collected for the activity when the weather does not allow you to practice the activity or endangers the safety of the participants.
- Full refund of the amounts collected for the activity when the Auberge du Lac Taureau is unable to provide the service.
- The participant agrees to apply the cancellation policy if an illness or injury prevents him or her from practicing the activity.
- The participant agrees to apply the cancellation policy if he does not show up for the activity.
