AUBERGE, CONDOS & COOLBOX
A deposit of 25% of the total amount is taken at the time of reservation, and the balance is taken 48 hours before arrival. If the reservation is taken 48 hours or less before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount is taken on the credit card.
Reservation policy applicable at all times, except during the holiday season (December 23 to January 3). A deposit of 25% of the total amount is taken at the time of booking, and the balance is taken 7 days before arrival. If the reservation is taken 7 days or less before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount is charged to the credit card.
Check-in time is from 4:00 PM for Auberge and Condo, and 5:00 PM for Coolbox. Departure time is 11:00 AM for all accommodations. Please note that you can use the Auberge site from 1:00 PM on the day of your arrival, and from 4:00 PM on the day of your departure.
A supplement of 25$ per person is charged when the occupancy, per room, is more than 2 adults.
An extra bed or crib can be provided, according to availability and upon request (only for units in Auberge and Condos).
Boat launching and dock rental are also available. Ask our Activity Reservation Center for rates and to make a reservation in advance.
Cleaning in the condos and suites with additional fees, please ask at the reception before 1 p.m. the day before.
LODGES
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is taken at the time of booking, and the balance is taken 30 days before arrival. If the reservation is taken 30 days or less before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount is taken on the credit card.
Arrival time is from 5:00 PM and departure time is 11:00 AM. Please note that you can enjoy the site of the Auberge before 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival, and after having checked out your unit on the day of your departure.
To have resort access, each person must pay a fee of 20$ plus taxes per night.
Upon your arrival, the chalet will have all the necessary sheets and towels. No cleaning is provided during your stay. If you wish a cleaning, it is possible at a cost of 100$. Thank you for informing us the day before before 1:00 pm.

Cancellation policy applicable at all times, except for the holiday season, from December 23rd to January 3rd. In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date during this period, the amounts collected become non-refundable and non-transferable.
LODGES
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is taken at the time of booking, and the balance is taken 30 days before arrival. If the reservation is taken 30 days or less before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount is taken on the credit card.
- In case of cancellation 30 days or more before your arrival, no fee will be charged.
- In case of cancellation between 29 days and 15 days prior to arrival date, the deposit will be retained.
- In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the date of arrival, the total amount of the stay, including services, will be charged.
If the entire lodge or the top of the lodge is rented, a security deposit of $750 is required. This deposit is payable upon arrival, and will be refunded 7 days after departure.
For families or groups of more than 10 persons (adults) or more, we advise to reserve your dinner time at the restaurant. A special menu can be suggested.
Health center :
- In case of cancellation 48 hours or more before your appointment, no fee will be charged.
- In case of cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment, a fee of 50% of the value of the reserved treatments will be charged.
- In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before your appointment, a fee of 100% of the value of the reserved care will be charged.
This policy is applicable to all health care services in the case of a cancellation or if the client does not show up for the appointment without having previously cancelled it.
Activities:
1. The reservation of activities must be made by the activity booking center exclusively.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- No charge until 48h before booking the activity.
- Between 24h and 48h, 50% of the activity cost will be required.
- Less than 24 hours before the booking, all expenses related to the activity will be required.
3. Cancellation of an activity may be subject to these other conditions as well:
- Full refund of the amounts collected for the activity when the weather does not allow you to practice the activity or endangers the safety of the participants.
- Full refund of the amounts collected for the activity when the Auberge du Lac Taureau is unable to provide the service.
- The participant agrees to apply the cancellation policy if an illness or injury prevents him or her from practicing the activity.
- The participant agrees to apply the cancellation policy if he does not show up for the activity.
Please note that the Auberge du Lac Taureau closes at certain times of the year. Consult our opening calendar to find out when we are open or closed.
For condo, Coolbox and chalet accommodations, it is still possible to book during our closed periods. You will still have access to the facilities, except that no food services will be available.
