• Lead activities for individual, family and group customers according to schedule
• Welcome and inform customers about the activities.
• Loan out equipment (ice skates, skis, snowshoes, paddle boards, kayaks, etc.)
• Maintain safety standards during activities
• Be responsible for site maintenance (trails, skating rinks, etc.) 
• In winter, bring a meal with snowmobile and sled to a prospector's tent for a travel agency group.
• Maintain material and equipment (inspection, repair, cleaning)
• Provide a quality customer experience at all times and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Any related experience relevant to the position will be considered an asset: good knowledge of ecosystems, first aid courses, experience as an outdoor leader or guide, etc.

Skills and qualifications

• Diploma in animation or outdoor activities (an asset)
• Fluency in French and an intermediate level of English, as we have an international clientele and you will need to communicate in English 20% of the time.

Working conditions

• Full-time position between 30h and 40h / week during high season (depending on weather and traffic). 
• Flexible working hours between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m.
• Good physical condition, ability to carry weight and stand for long periods. Must be active for long periods.
