• Welcome clients and assess their needs before each treatment
• Provide treatments with care, professionalism and attention to detail
• Adapt massage techniques based on each client’s condition and goals
• Actively participate in the daily operations of the Wellness Centre
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming workspace
• Respect hygiene and confidentiality standards at all times
• Provide complementary wellness advice following treatments

Qualifications : 

• Recognized diploma in massage therapy (specializations considered an asset)
• Member in good standing of a recognized professional association in Québec
• Valid professional liability insurance
• Experience in a clinical or wellness setting (an asset)
• Strong interpersonal qualities: listening skills, respect, empathy, adaptability
• Team spirit and desire to contribute to a shared mission
• Fluency in French (spoken and written) and intermediate English (approximately 20% of communication with international clientele)

Working conditions :

• Variable schedule: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (including weekends and holidays)
• Ability to work standing for extended periods
• Status: employee or self-employed
• Equipment and materials provided: belt, oils, insurance receipts and uniform
• Compensation: hourly rate + commissions + tips
