Operations Manager

Coordination and management of operations

• Supervise the 5 operations departments: kitchen, catering, entertainment, housekeeping and reception.
• Organize and lead function meetings and management committees.
• Monitor departments and planned activities.
• Manage seasonal changes in operating schedules.

Supervision of daily activities

• Carry out daily inspections of infrastructure (pools, bistro, meeting rooms, accommodation, catering, etc.).
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of common areas.
• Oversee the updating of displays (TV lobby, slates, signs).
• Ensure smooth operation of ancillary equipment and services.

Human resources management and customer relations

• Manage teams and foster a positive working environment.
• Ensure the presence and organization of staff according to needs.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement corrective actions.

Budget monitoring and optimization

• Ensure compliance with labor budget and financial targets.
• Supervise inventory and stock management.
• Coordinate with department managers to ensure optimum efficiency.

Planning and strategic development

• Organize programming activities and ensure their implementation.
• Collaborate with the Green Committee on sustainable development initiatives.
• Monitor projects with municipalities and external partners.
• Develop and implement immersive concepts and experiences for customers.
