PASTRY COOK

• Prepare desserts, snacks and other baked goods 
• Develops and prepares the mixture and takes care of the baking. 
• Decorate desserts and set up the dessert table. 
• Manage inventory and quantities according to the number of customers and forecasts. 
• Ensure that all dishes served are hygienic and sanitary. 
• Impress our customers with the presentation. 

• You must have a background in pastry and one year of experience in pastry.
• Be aware of culinary trends and have an artistic and creative sense. 
• Be able to manage your stress, be able to work under pressure, be fast and able to work when things get hot!
• Have the physical ability to lift boxes and stand for long periods of time.
• Of course, you must be able to participate in teamwork at all times. 
• You must be willing to work a variable schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
