PASTRY COOK

• Analyze and plan pastry tasks to be accomplished.
• Organize and maintain an efficient service area.
• Contribute to the development of the day's dessert.
• Prepare recipes with precision and care.
• Frost and decorate pastries.
• Assemble and set up dessert plates, sometimes assisting with appetizer plates. 
• Ensure the smooth running of the service, respecting deadlines and quality.
• Keep your workspace clean and tidy, as well as the tools used.

Skills and qualifications

• Fluency in spoken and written French.
• Autonomy and creativity. 
• Sense of initiative and ability to manage stress. 
• Dynamic and versatile. 
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Work environment

• Variable working hours according to the needs of the department.
• Work 5 days a week with 2 consecutive days off.
• Availability to work evenings, mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Meals provided during shifts.

Education requirement

• Training in cooking and/or pastry-making. 

• A work environment in the great outdoors that won't even make you feel like you're going to work every morning.
