Waiter Clerk

• Supply bars and ensure replenishment of water, ice, beverages or food at the counter
• Store deliveries and laundry items (towels)
• Maintain cleanliness and order in common service areas
• Check availability and cleanliness of glasses, plates and cutlery
• Set tables (dishes, utensils, glasses) according to standards
• Clear tables after guests leave and clean surface
• Replace tablecloths, napkins, placemats
• Take dirty dishes to the dishwasher
• Assist waiters during service: bring dishes, water, bread, etc.
• Respond to simple requests from customers or pass them on to the right colleagues
• Report any customer comments or complaints to superiors
• Apply the maître D' or hostess's instructions regarding service priorities

• Restaurant experience (asset)
• Good physical condition: able to stand for long periods and carry loads
• Flexibility: day, evening, weekend and holiday schedules
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team spirit and proactive attitude
• Customer service minded
• Self-reliance and initiative
