Waiter/Waitress

• To permanently offer a professional, friendly and attaching service to all customers.
• Provide an impeccable dining experience while promoting local products.
• Take care of the set-up and preparation of the dining room to create an ergonomic and practical atmosphere.
• Take care of each client: advise the menu according to their taste, the wine list, serve their plate and proceed with the billing. All this, with a smile, transmitting the Auberge's color. 

• Good knowledge of French and an intermediate level of English, as we have an international clientele and you will need to communicate in English 20% of the time.
• Have a good customer approach, courtesy and interpersonal skills.
• Be in good physical condition: ability to stand for a long time and move quickly.
• Agree to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends or holidays).
• Restaurant background or related experience considered relevant (an asset).
• Training in sommellerie (an asset).
