Sales delegate

• Research, target, develop and follow up new and existing accounts in group, corporate and association markets.
• Generate new business opportunities
• Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
• Negotiate sales conditions and conclude sales contracts
• Follow up regularly with customers to ensure their satisfaction and maintain a lasting relationship
• Work closely with other Auberge departments to ensure an excellent customer experience
•  Participate in trade shows and promotional events to promote our products and services

• Proven experience in a similar position, preferably in the hotel or tourism industry
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Experience of working with a customer database ("CRM")
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational, planning and follow-up skills
• Focus on results and customer satisfaction
• Professionalism
• Fluency in French (English an asset)
• Valid driver's license
